This annual "welcome back" event is organized by the MSDA Parents' Association and includes a celebration of mass followed by lunch as a community.
Admissions Fall Open House

All 6th-8th grade girls and parents are invited to meet teachers, coaches, and students, and see the facilities and opportunities that are offered at the Mount. Weekday evening and Sunday afternoon sessions are available.

Parents' Association Fundraiser

The MSDA Parents’ Association hosts the school's largest fundraiser of the year! Food, fellowship, and great prizes accompany the evening.
Drama Production
Fall
MSDA Performing Arts students perform a fall drama. Past productions include Our Town, Radium Girls, Little Women, Almost, Maine, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, You Can't Take It With You, and Letters to Sala.
Pink Ribbon Mass
Fall
The Mount celebrates mass in honor of all those impacted by breast cancer, including individuals in treatment, survivors, families, caregivers, doctors and nurses, and in remembrance of the souls we have lost. Family and friends of all faiths are welcome.

Young Alumnae Catching Up Party

The MSDA Young Alumnae Catching Up Party welcomes Mounties from the previous four class years to visit faculty and classmates while on college winter break.
Holiday Basketball Festival

MSDA hosts a basketball tournament during the Christmas holiday break at the Mount St. Dominic Academy Athletic Center.
Dads Night Out
Winter
Join Dads of Mount students – past, present and future – for a night of fun and friendship. Ticket includes food, drinks, good company and games on the BIG screen!
L.E.O. Lionworks Competition
Winter
One of the most exciting elements of the L.E.O. Program is the Shark Tank-style “L.E.O. LionWorks Competition.” Student teams pitch their products and businesses to a panel of real-life investors, aka, the “Sharks.” The winning team receives awards for college scholarships.
Christmas Concert

The festive celebration includes performances by the choir and dance groups, as well as dramatic readings by the Forensics Team. MSDA students and all in attendance celebrate the spirit of Christmas!
Winter Wonderland Dinner Dance

A special evening for Mount students with their Father, Guardian or Special Guest including dinner, dancing, and making memories.

MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K
Spring
Since 2015, generous donations and participation have raised over $250,000 to benefit a scholarship fund in memory of Meghan Doyle '05 to afford young women the opportunity to receive a Mount education.
Admissions Spring Open House

Mother Daughter Communion Breakfast

All women of the MSDA community are welcome at one of the Mount’s most time-honored traditions. Current and alumnae families, groups of classmates, friends, and loved ones will celebrate the sisterhood of Mount St. Dominic Academy.

Symposium

The MSDA Symposium features Capstone Project Presentations as well as samples of Journalism Podcasts, Robotics, and Economics Projects. A sampling of Visual Arts projects are also on display. Capstone Presentations run through the school day for the student body, faculty, staff, parents, and alumnae. The evening Reception is open to the greater Mount community and the public.

Day of Giving

MSDA comes together to support the Mount in a 24-hour fundraising event. The entire Mount community shows pride in our school by making a gift or pledge. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference in the life of a young woman.
Arts Awards Picnic

Students and families are invited to celebrate our students, thank our Arts’ Moderators, induct new members into the International Thespian Society, and have a special honor for our Seniors!
