The annual Mount Christmas Toy & Pet Supply Drive commenced on Monday, December 4th, and is set to continue until Thursday, December 14th. To ensure constant awareness and encourage participation, Mount students took the initiative to decorate toy collection boxes, strategically placed in homeroom classrooms. Each student at the Mount has committed to purchasing an unwrapped gift for a specific child at Mercy House in Newark, falling within the age range of 13-18.
To personalize the giving experience, on Monday, students were provided with tags specifying the age and gender of the child they are responsible for. Simultaneously, a designated collection box for the Pet Supply Drive can be found in the hallway.
