School-wide Viewing and Discussion of "The Social Dilemma"

As the use of digital platforms have become an increasingly large part of our lives, the Netflix original “The Social Dilemma” reveals how social media is reprogramming civilization and makes us aware of the unintended consequences. The Mount is looking forward to our school-wide viewing of the film during our Community Connections this Wednesday morning. Our interactive program will include segments of the documentary followed by discussions, with the goal to inspire students to think critically about their personal tech habits and to empower our community members to reevaluate our use of technology.
