Mount Signature L.E.O. Program Students Learn About Being Intentional Entrepreneurs

After returning from a wonderful long holiday weekend, on Monday, November 27th, entrepreneur Hannah Ritter, spoke with Mount students who are participating in the school’s signature L.E.O. Program, about the many pivots that lead to the launch of her business. In 2022, she and her husband launched spiritdecks.com, which is where she sells her innovative Proverbs Spirit Deck, a set of 52 cards of wisdom that guide discussions toward meaning. During the discussion, she shared the trajectory of her life and how by always sticking to her core value of helping others, no matter how she pivoted, she was able to launch a company that met that goal. She stressed the importance of having confidence in yourself, and finding your purpose so as to be useful to society. In addition, she said it is essential to always be intentional, and to put your whole heart into what you are doing.
