Motivation and Support in Mount Athletics

Mount Athletics empowers our young women to do and be their best.  

I hope you are enjoying this new season of spring and that your daughter is making the most of her middle school experience. As the Director of Athletics here at the Mount, I am proud to state that our athletes have had successful seasons throughout this incredibly challenging year. From practices to games, our students are motivated to work to their full potential athletically while also prioritizing their academic work. Through creative initiatives such as streaming Facebook live swim meets, and socially distanced in-person spectators, we have also successfully managed to have our families support their daughters to the fullest extent possible. 

As the end of this year approaches, we look forward to welcoming our Class of 2025 and the talents they will bring to our Mount family. We will also be running our Lady Lions Sports Camps - information and registration are now available.
