Celebrating Catholic Sisters Week - Spotlight on Sister Patricia Tully, OP

Sister Patricia Tully, OP has been a Dominican Sister for 49 years. She was a preschool and elementary school teacher at St. Aedan's in Jersey City, St. Elizabeth in Linden, Lacordaire in Upper Montclair, and St. Matthew in Ridgefield, Vice-Principal at Notre Dame Interparochial in Ridgefield, and a Religion teacher at the Mount. Sister Patricia is “happy to be of service to others within the framework of the Four Dominican Pillars - Prayer, Community, Study, and Mission. I feel my gifts and talents are put to good use.” Sister Patricia shares that she enjoys the spirit of the Mount. “I find it to be a welcoming community. I am friends with the faculty and staff and enjoy coming to work each day.” She is particularly “delighted with the girls.” Watching their growth and maturity between Freshman and Senior years, Sister Patricia is “happy to see them discovering their gifts and talents and putting them to the service of others.” #catholicsistersweek #Caritas #Veritas #WeAreTheMount
