Catholic Sisters Week-Spotlight on Sister Fran Sullivan, OP

For nearly 50 years (this September!), Sister Fran Sullivan, OP has been a Sister of St. Dominic. She taught at the Mount grade school, St. Philomena’s (now Aquinas Academy), worked with the Sisters of Saint Dominic as a Formation Director (working with new members of the community) and community liturgy, and was a Religion teacher, Director of Student Activities, and now serves as Head of School at Mount St. Dominic Academy. Sister Fran loves “being part of something so much larger, a world wide community of preachers. I very much appreciate being a Caldwell Dominican, belonging to a community of women hoping to make a difference in our world.” Sister Fran loves being part of the Mount! The community spirit is so integral in everyday life. She shares, “I love watching the girls grow into empowered women making a difference in our world.” #catholicsistersweek #Caritas #Veritas #WeAreTheMount
