Bonding for our First Year Students

Bonding for our First Year Students

The Freshman Lock-In is one of the most special traditions at the Mount. Each fall, the entire freshman class spends a night at school, as a way of bonding the class and giving them the opportunity to get to know the people they’ll be spending the next four years of their lives with. It is the initiation into the Mount community, and is something that every student looks forward to. Students participate in a variety of festivities, ranging from relay races to a “junk fashion show.” The evening is run by the Peer Leaders, who work for weeks beforehand to make sure it is a night to remember - and it sure was!
