Athletics Senior Spotlight - Nicole Kahn '20

Nicole is a senior javelin thrower on the track and field team. She is 9th in school history with a personal best of 86-8. She will attend University of Alabama in the fall.

FAVORITE MEMORY - “My favorite memory from any of my track and field seasons would probably be the time I ran at Group Championships. I remember being surrounded by some of the best athletes in NJ and stepping on the track that day was kind of terrifying considering I was a little freshman. We ended up running our PR for the 4x100. After our season best race, Anya, Alyssa, Julia, and I all hugged a lot and that feeling is definitely something I’ll never forget. But, my favorite part of being on the Mount track team is the dynamic we have. Our team is a family and the support I receive from them is unmatched. Going from being a sprinter to a javelin thrower the end of my sophomore year was difficult & without my team, I would never be where I am now.”
