Alumna Profile: Black History Month Feature Sandy Castor '01

Sandy Castor, Class of 2001, studied at Carnegie Mellon University, earned her Bachelor's degree from Fordham University, and is currently pursuing her MBA at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. As Director of Business Engagement for Middlesex County, Sandy focuses on the role government can and will play in the economic recovery that is before us in partnership with private, philanthropic and non-profit entities. Sandy has significant professional experience spanning foundation relations and government affairs, and has been instrumental in developing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts at the Mount, including her work as a member of the Mount’s Board of Trustees, and as chair of the board’s DEI subcommittee.
