Reserve your spot in the Class of 2027!

Log into your Blackbaud Account. Submit the registration fee of $1,700 found in your enrollment contract by our priority registration deadline February 4, 2023 to receive a $250.00 credit for Flynn & O'Hara Uniform Company.

Below you will find links to all your registration materials, including forms for athletics, world language, and family information, as well as the B6T form for potential transportation reimbursement and Records Release form.

The Transportation Form and the Records Release Form must be returned to Admissions. Download, print, and drop off or mail the forms to MSDA. Forms may also be filled out, saved as attachments, and returned in an email to admissions@msdacademy.org.

The enrollment contract and the $1,700 deposit must be completed online through Blackbaud. All forms must also be submitted in order for admissions to consider registration complete. All financial aid and scholarship recipients must register by April 24, 2023. These awards will be rescinded if registration is not completed by this date.
