Mount St. Dominic Academy provides the following benefits:

Medical Insurance
Mount St. Dominic Academy offers comprehensive health insurance coverage through Cigna. Eligible full-time employees may elect individual or family coverage, with access to a broad network of providers and prescription benefits.

Dental Insurance
Full-time employees are eligible for MetLife Dental coverage, which includes preventive care, basic and major services, and orthodontia options depending on the plan selected.

Retirement Plan
Mount St. Dominic Academy sponsors a 401(k) profit-sharing retirement plan. The school contributes a discretionary percentage of each eligible employee’s compensation to their account. Employees may also choose to make voluntary pre-tax or Roth contributions to help build long-term savings.

Group Life Insurance
All full-time employees are provided with $10,000 in life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. The cost of this benefit is fully paid by Mount St. Dominic Academy.

Disability Insurance
Mount St. Dominic Academy provides short-term and long-term disability coverage to all full-time employees at no cost. These plans help protect income in the event of an extended illness or injury.
