An outright gift of securities that have appreciated since their original date of purchase may offer additional tax advantages to you; transferred securities may be sheltered from capital gains liabilities. Please contact the Development Office at 973-226-0660 ext. 1130 or email@example.com for instructions.
You can increase the value of your gift without incurring any additional cost. Many companies will support the Mount through a matching gift. Check with your human resources department (or your spouse’s employer) to learn if a gift matching program is offered and how to apply.
Remember the Mount when you are planning for the future. There are a variety of planned giving opportunities such as bequests (direct gifts from your estate), charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, or life insurance which may offer significant tax advantages to you while helping the Mount in the future. For more information, please visit our planned giving page and learn more about these options.
Want to honor a special teacher, remember a loved one, or have your name always connected to the Mount? For a gift of $500 or more, we will name a seat in the Doris M. Byrne Performing Arts Center or in the Mount Saint Dominic Academy Athletic Center after the person of your choice. Additional recognition opportunities are available throughout the school. To learn more about this opportunity contact the Development Office 973 226-0660 ext. 1130 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
