The Department offers the following services:

• Individual counseling and group sessions for each student for academic and social concerns.
• Group guidance classes for juniors and seniors to prepare for the college search and
  admissions process
• Standardized testing administration and interpretation
• Conferences between parents and teachers when needed
• Referrals for serious adolescent problems
• Parental informational sessions on topics pertaining to adolescent behavior,
  college financial aid, etc.

You should be particularly aware of the ideas and suggestions for each grade, but please review other materials as well. Some of the information is of a general nature while certain procedures pertain only to the Mount. All of it, however, will be of value to each student in completing a successful year at the Mount.
