We welcome our new Director of Alumnae Relations

In 1963, Maurie Doyle began her days at the Mount as a student. She never could have imagined that this event would lead to a lifetime of involvement at Mount St. Dominic Academy. Maurie’s continued connection grew from student to alumna to parent to teacher to Alumnae Director. She truly loved serving so many many young women who passed through these doors over the years. As Maurie begins her retirement and returns to the role of being an alumna, we wish her well along the shore in Avon, NJ.

After nearly 30 years, Kate Sullivan, class of ’88, is back in the building full time as our new director of Alumnae Relations and part of the Advancement team. After graduating from Fordham University in 1992, Kate went on to hold various communications positions. For the past 10 years, Kate ran her private consulting practice focused on public and media relations, corporate communications, crisis preparation and strategic counsel for clients. She has been a member of the Mount’s Development Committee for the past three years and brings an understanding of the current goals and mission of the Mount to her role. She doesn’t wear as much plaid as she did when she was last in the halls at 8am, but she still loves Duran Duran and looks forward to the day when her 5 year old daughter Olivia joins the family legacy at the Mount.
