Mount Saint Dominic Academy provides the following benefits:
Mount Saint Dominic Academy offers all full time employees health insurance through Aetna. Employees can choose from an Aetna Base Plan, a Plus Plan or a Premier Plan. The Mount pays for 100% of employee Base coverage. Employees pay for the additional cost to participate in the Plus, Premier or for other family members.
The Mount offers all full time employees dental insurance through Delta Dental plans and the school pays for 100% of employee coverage.
The Mount offers a profit-sharing plan, 401k, as a retirement benefit. The school contributes a discretionary percentage of an employee’s eligible compensation into the account. Employees may also make contributions into the fund.
Group Life Insurance
All full-time employees receive a $10,000 life insurance policy and accidental death and dismemberment. The cost of this policy is entirely covered by the school.
The Mount pays for 100% employee coverage for all full-time employees for both short and long-term disability insurance.
