Mount Saint Dominic Academy offers all full-time employees health insurance through Aetna.
The Mount offers all full-time employees dental insurance through Delta Dental plans.
The Mount offers a profit-sharing plan, 401k, as a retirement benefit. The school contributes a discretionary percentage of an employee’s eligible compensation into the account. Employees may also make contributions into the fund.
Group Life Insurance
All full-time employees receive a $10,000 life insurance policy and accidental death and dismemberment. The cost of this policy is entirely covered by the school.
The Mount pays for 100% employee coverage for all full-time employees for both short and long-term disability insurance.
